If you are already "an existing Mt. Eden Customer" but have not yet registered with us "Online",
You will still need to register (please have your Mt. Eden Customer Number and Re-Sell Certificate ready).
ONLINE REGISTRATION:
After your online registration and, if you
are "Not an Existing Mt. Eden Customer", We will require you to submit the "Mt. Eden
Registration / Resale Certificate Form". Please follow these 3 simple steps...
1) Print
2) Sign (Signature of Purchaser or Authorized Agent)
3)
Fax, Mail or Drop Off at your nearest Mt. Eden Floral Store.
Once we received your "Signed" Mt. Eden Registration / Resale Certificate Form, we will verify
the validity of your registration entries, if everything checks out OK, We will send
you an email confirmation of your registration, if part of your registration information is
invalid, we will notify you by email to correct your registration entries.
LOCAL (IN-PERSON) REGISTRATION:
Please visit any of our Mt. Eden Floral
Company stores during business hours, bring with you a copy of your State Seller's Permit
(Resale License Certificate Number) and/or Tax ID Number.

A: Yes, Although we already have your resell certificate on file but we do not have your login and password information.

A: You will need to install Adobe Reader software or click Here to print a Blank Resale Certificate Form. Fax it back to us after you fill up the form. Fax Number: (650) 903-3225
Q: How long does it take to receive my "Approved" Registration confirmation email from Mt. Eden?
A: If all the information you provided during the registration process are accurate and fax (for not an existing Mt. Eden Customer) to us right away, on a regular business day (except Saturday), we can approve you within (1) regular business day.
