Customer Review

Mt. Eden is great!

It's closer than the SF Flower Market, and you can order everything in advance to ensure you're getting the perfect color rose or the right shade of wine mini calla for a bride.

It's also a huge plus that you don't have to be a vampire to buy wholesale here, since we usually have to get to the SF Flower Market around 2am for best selection.

Bill Crawford is our Sales Associate, and he always tries his best to get everything we need, and gives us advance warning if something is off-crop or super expensive. And yes, you gotta have a hoodie to make your perusing more pleasurable, as the fridge with all the flowers is a tad bit frigid!

Customer Review

Somehow over the past years (5 or 6 I think), my friend and I have become the wedding florists to 11 friends/family/family of friend's weddings.

We get almost all of our flowers here - with the exception of the times where we realize we needed more flowers at the last minute.

The staff here are helpful when we come in. Bill is usually the one that helps us and luckily he doesn't seem to mind having to help two girls that are semi-clueless when it comes to flowers (in comparison to all the "professionals" that purchase from there).

There is a nice selection of flowers here although sometimes it seems that their assortment is pretty random because they aren't sure what they will get in from their distributors. But that could be typical for the floral industry...

I really don't know since this is a more of a hobby for me. They do try to accommodate us though and will hold flowers aside for us so we can determine which ones will make the bride a happy lady.

There is also a separate building where they sell floral supplies. Vases, silk flowers, ribbon, etc. I've spent many a time in their ribbon section trying to find the perfect shade to match dresses. note: If you plan to look at the flowers, bring a jacket! The "refrigerator" can get pretty cold!
