California
buyers must submit their state Seller's Permit in order to buy at Mt.
Eden. Buyers outside California must submit the Seller's Permit of their
respective states.
HOW
TO ORDER
Orders can be place in person or by phone to any
of the Mt. Eden Floral Company locations. Most orders will be shipped
within 24 hours. Minimum order is $50.00. All Orders must be confirmed
by a Mt. Eden salesperson regardless of how the order was placed. Your
salesperson will confirm the prices and product availability of the items
on your order. Your order is not final until a Mt. Eden salesperson confirmed
the order by phone, fax or e-mail.
PHONE
Phone orders are accepted in the order of their
arrival. If you are unable to reach one of our sales people directly,
please leave a detailed message that includes your name, company name,
area code and phone number and the items you are interested in. We will
return your call as soon as possible.
When ordering, please remember to get the name and phone extension of
the salesperson that took your order. This information will be useful
in the event that you need to contact us about changes to your order.
IN-STORE
You may visit our stores during our regular
store hours and our salesperson will be happy to assist you with your
