Who can Buy
Mt. Eden Floral Company sells wholesale only. We are a full service distributor to all types of floral resellers. Customers throughout the western United States use Mt. Eden Floral Company as a reliable source of quality, competitively priced products and services to build their businesses. Our customers include:

Mt. Eden floral Company requires a signed and completed California resale certificate with a valid "Seller's Permit" number from each customer before we can process an order. You can register as a customer online at www.mteden.com or at any one of our locations. All orders to new customers will be shipped COD unless credit approval or advance payment has been made (See Method of Payment Section). Credit applications are available by mail, fax, or at any Mt. Eden Floral Company location.
Customers with Trade Credit
Payment of invoices for customers with trade credit is due net 15 days from the end of the month of purchases. A Charge of 1-1/2% will be added on all past due amounts. Trade credit will be revoked if payments are not made on time.
Ordering
Orders can be placed by phone, fax or email to any of the Mt. Eden Floral Company locations during regular business hours. Orders must be confirmed by a Mt. Eden sales person. Most orders can be shipped within 24 hours. All backorders will be cancelled unless otherwise specified by the customer. Orders to be shipped via UPS must be placed through the Mountain View Store only. If you have not ordered from Mt. Eden before, please read the New Customers section.
- Minimum Supply order shipped via UPS or other carriers: $50.00. Orders less than $50.00 will have a $5.00 handling charge.
- Minimum order delivered by Mt. Eden truck: $100.00 fresh and supplies combined.
Pricing
We will make every effort to maintain the prices indicated herein. All prices, however, are subject to change without notice, and we maintain the right to invoice shipments at the most current price. Our salespeople will be happy to quote you current prices on all items upon request. All prices are quoted net.
Method of Payment
We will accept checks, money orders, cashiers checks and the following credit cards: Visa, Master Card and Discover. All checks must be pre-printed (no starter checks please) with the current customer name or business name, address and phone number. (Personal checks must be accompanied by a valid California driver's license number.) A $20.00 charge will be assessed on all returned checks. Checks will not be accepted from customers who have had 3 returned checks.
Freight and Shipping
All prices are FOB the Mt. Eden store where the order was shipped from. All orders will be ship via the "best way" unless otherwise specified by the customer.
MT. EDEN DELIVERY TRUCK
If you are within the mt. Eden delivery area, your order will arrive on one of our trucks.
GROUND SHIPMENT
Supply orders outside the Mt. Eden delivery area will be ship via UPS unless otherwise specified. Fresh flower orders will be ship via the most appropriate way to ensure product quality. Shipping and handling charges will appear on all invoices.
COMMON CARRIER SHIPMENTS
All glass, oversized or fragile items will be ship by common carrier if the delivery address is outside the Mt. Eden delivery area. common carrier shipments must be pre-paid by credit card or check. COD payments are not available for orders shipped via common carrier.
EXPRESS COURIER SHIPMENTS
Orders outside our delivery area that require express or overnight delivery can be ship via UPS or FedEX. COD payment is not available for orders shipped via express couriers.
Returns and Claims
1. Check your order immediately and thoroughly upon receipt. Shortages, overages, incorrect or damaged merchandise must be reported within 24 hours of receipt for fresh flower orders and within 48 hours of receipt for supply orders. All products must be returned to Mt. Eden in order to receive credit.
2. Returns will not be accepted without prior authorization from Mt. Eden. Return authorization is issued by the store where the merchandise was purchased.
3. A 15% restocking charge will be assessed on all floral supply returns unless the merchandise is defective or Mt. Eden made an error filling the order.
4. All returns must be accompanied by a receipt.
5. Store Credit will be issued for authorized returns. We do not issue cash, check or credit card refunds.
6. Seasonal and Holiday merchandise is not returnable.
7. All credits must be used within 6 months.
