WHOLESALE ONLY
Mt. Eden Floral Company sells wholesale only. When ordering for the first time, please send us your SIGNED and completed California resale certificate. All new customers will be shipped C.O.D. unless credit approval or advance payment has been made (See Method of Payment section). Credit applications are available by mail, fax or at any Mt. Eden Floral Company locations.

ESTABLISHED CUSTOMER
Invoices for customers with approved credit are due and payable net 30 of the invoice date. A charge of 1-1/2% will be added to all past due amounts and a $20.00 charge will be assessed on all returned checks.

PRICING
We will make every effort to maintain the prices indicated herein. All prices, however, are subject to change without notice, and we maintain the right to invoice shipments at the most current price. Our salespeople will be happy to quote you current prices on all items upon request. All prices are quoted net.

METHOD OF PAYMENT

We accept cash, checks, money orders, cashier's check and the following credit cards:
VISA & Mastercard


Checks must be pre-printed (no starter checks allowed) with the current customer name or business name, address and phone number. (Personal checks must be pre-printed and accompanied by a valid California Drivers Licensed number). A $20.00 charge will be assessed on all returned checks.

SHIPPING INFORMATION
In-Store Pick Up
Your fresh flower and floral supply orders can be pick up at the location where the order was placed. Please confirm the date and time of pickup with your Mt. Eden salesperson. If you can not pick up your order on the agreed day, please notify your salesperson immediately. Without notification, your order will be charged for special order items and/or your order will be placed back into inventory.

Local Delivery
Your fresh flower and floral supply orders can be delivered on a Mt. Eden truck ($10.00 - $20.00, Minimum order $100.00 - $200.00 depending upon which delivery zone you are in). Our trucks deliver only to customers with a commercial street addresses that is within our delivery area. Our trucks do not deliver to residential addresses. Our delivery days will vary according to the area and the time of year. Please check with your sales person about delivery days, delivery zones and delivery times to your area.

Delivery by Commercial Carrier

Your fresh flower orders can be shipped via refrigerated commercial carriers to customers outside of the Mt. Eden delivery area. Orders for floral supplies without fresh flowers can be shipped via non-refrigerated commercial carriers. Please check with your salesperson about minimum order quantities and which carriers provide service to your area.

Delivery by Express Courier
If you require overnight delivery service, or you can not receive deliveries by a commercial carrier and/or our Mt. Eden truck, we can ship your fresh flower orders via non-refrigerated express couriers such as Fed Ex.

Delivery by Ground Parcel Carriers
Your floral supply orders can be shipped via UPS or other ground carriers. At this time, we do not ship fresh flower orders through UPS.

RETURNS (Delivery & Shipping only,
Returns will not be accepted without prior authorization. Return authorization is issued by the store where the merchandise was purchased. Return requests must be made within 2 days of receipt of the merchandise. Return requests will not be acccepted after 2 days. A 15% re-stocking charge will be assessed on all authorized returns unless the return is the result of an error on Mt. Eden's part or the merchandise is defective.
- Seasonal/Holiday merchandise is not returnable.
- All returns must be accompanied by a receipt.
- Returns are for store credit only.
- Store credits must be use within 6 months.
- All Walk-in Customers, All Sales are final, No Return, No Exchange.

Children
For safety reasons, children will not be allowed inside the store selling area.

CLAIMS
Shortages, overages, incorrect or damaged merchandise must be reported within 2 days after the receipt of the shipment. Mt. Eden will not accept any claims after 2 days. Check your order immediately and thoroughly upon receipt. Breakage is the responsibility of the carrier. Please notify them directly.
